Video-wise, the MP-C945 supports the MPEG-4 (XviD) format, while audio formats include MP3 and WMA. (Other supported formats include JPEG for photos and TXT for e-books). Listeners will also delight in the comprehensive music library, which lets you find your music by artist, album, song, or playlist. And when it's time to add music to your library, simply connect to a PC or Mac and jump onto any DRM-10 supported online music store or subscription service. The MP3 player even offers ID3 tagging, so you can read the info about your favorite songs on the display.

The voice function is ideal for users who want to save song ideas, record interviews or lectures, or simply jot down an audible grocery list. Other details include a USB 2.0 interface for ultra-fast file transfers (up to 40x faster than USB 1.0); a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack; and a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. The MP-C945--which offers plug-and-play support for Windows 98 SE, 2000, Me, or XP and Mac OS X or higher--is backed by a 90-day warranty.

Not Great - but not bad
I got this so I could download audiobooks from the library (iPod doesn't support). It's fine for that purpose. Audio quality is good, but the controls are very small and somewhat difficult to manage. This is definitely not a device for people with large hands or coordination problems.
